Importance related to communication skills is given only to a particular segment rather than developing overall personality of an individual. Under such a business scenario it is essential to focus upon developing personality trait with a written communication skill. Business communication organizations are ignoring the relevancy of proper techniques while providing training (Guffey and Loewy2015). Objective The objective of an effective business communication is to foster healthy relation in between the management-employee. Most of the management troubles happen due to misunderstanding and misrepresentation in the proper communication system. The objective of the article is to ensure that spoken and written communication are equally important for an individual growth. Chances of promotion for people with good communication skills are more while comparing with other employees. It is considered to be one of the most essential tools for motivation that can develop confidence of the employees. Secondly Faulty communication is a key reason of difference and low confidence in between employer and his employees. The objective of interpersonal communication is to determine necessity of effective communication skills and its value while setting objectives (Means,2009). The methodology and means of analysis used in the article Author has recently conducted a survey in order to set an effective relationship in between the manager. He has created an informal experiment to understand a sense of importance of interpersonal communication skills and its necessity at the work place. He conducted a survey for a period from February to June 2012. He received e-mail message from business communication. He divided the type of training provided by the vendor and presented the data in a systematic manner to analyze the kind of training provided in the market. The result shows that 44.7% of vendors have a difficulty in conversation whereas there was only 5.2% vendor whose interest is related to facilitating meetings. All the organization was focused on speaking skills and there were fewer who were interested in writing skills(DeKay,2012). The argument advanced in the article Behavior change training does not add to the knowledge of the personal interpersonal skills. There are only certain rules and procedural guidelines that are necessary to be followed in order to adopt the effective business communication at the workplace. There are still certain set of invisible problems that are attached with the inter-personal skills and development. The enormous terrain of interpersonal skills is still unexplored and made confined to certain region. According to Robless formulation, the soft skills are complexes inter personal and personal attributes. Personal attributes includes unique individual characteristics such as effective time management. Interpersonal skills includes various character demonstrated when an individual connects in social communication. The capability to communicate effectively is necessary to lever complicated discussions in an effective manner to resolve major issues inside the organization. Soft skills are those attributes or traits togeth er with the personal traits to attain the objectives(Goetsch and Davis,2014).Assessment is a complex matter while focusing on interpersonal skills at the time of instruction. Assessment engages reactions of both employees and the managers. They are given an opportunity to assess employees after week of training. Conducting surveys and interviews are very difficult procedures need to be given simultaneous importance over the weeks of session. An organization has still not developed methods to measure long-term value of training of behavioral motivation. They consider other activities as an integral part of the training which includes where employees find job with other companies, few are transferred to the other department(Grunig, 2013). Hence it has become difficult to access the value of interpersonal business communication at workplace. The second important finding is related to uses of business communication in curriculum at the college and graduate school level. This has helped in achieving the target related to behavioral motivation in an effective manner while guaranteeing long term success of an individual. Most of curriculum at present includes teaching in writing and verbal communication. It has helped in developing communication skills at an early stage. There is a necessity of similar amount of interference at the workplace where all the attention is focused on speaking rather than written. It is highly recommended that equal attention need to be given to both written and verbal communication in order to increase the overall productivity of an individual. This sector is still unexplored and requires exploration in order to increase the amount of equal interference. The conclusions/findings of the article The necessity of business communication has increased in the recent time. Globalization has led to advancement of the economy that has created an urgency of the effective business communication. Article describes the training sessions provided for enhancing the business communication skills at the workplace. It helps in managing the relationship in between the managers and the employee and gives a positive message related to the organization. A research says that an organization that follows effective communication practice grows largely when compared to the other organization. Business communication is seen in a restrictive manner at workplace. A written communication skill is ignored in an organization which needs to be given equal importance. Soft skills are given more importance that has created a gap in the business opportunities. It is highly recommended to accelerate the implication. Researchers has identified an effective interpersonal communication skills are highly recommen ded to add critical attributes for adding value to the However the importance of interpersonal communication at the workplace is given limited information or knowledge. The articles are related to inference made related to the use of communication skills and the uses of effective communication skills at the workplace. According to the author interpersonal skills at workplace is still an unexplored place which needs to be given more attention looking after the current market needs (Need, 2006). The implications for managers The manager needs to pay more attention towards managing the relationship in between the employee and the organization. Manager has to focus upon developing interpersonal skills of an individual by following a systematic training procedure. It is a known fact that people with a good communication skills has maximum chances of promotion rather than others. It is the duty of the manager to teach his subordinates about the importance of business communication (Dunn,Grannan Raisinghani and Stalling,2015). It is recommended that the manager gives equal attention in terms of emphasizing of effective communication skills. It is seen under the current business scenario that a manager has a responsibility to look after the needs of the organization and recruit a person who has effective business skills. It is the duty of the manager to transform the objectionable behaviors of employees. Business communication needs to be explored largely in order to retrieve better result in the good faith of the organization. Strengths More emphasize is given on verbal communication rather than written communication. Here the author tries to create a relationship in between the necessity of communication and provides necessary information related to the business communication at the workplace. It is seen as an important phase while paying significant focus over the necessity of business communication and the opportunities with the manager to focus upon the techniques in order to help better communication procedure at work place. Knowledge regarding effective inter personal skills are inculcated at school and graduation level that has helped I achieving multiple objectives (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). Weaknesses The author has stressed more on the techniques of business communication vastly in the article. He has over emphasized the needs of business communication rather than other essential parameters. Under the current business scenario it is essential to pay attention to every individual issue. Enhancing inter personal skills is treated as a money making machine. The techniques used by the organization are very old and does not consider valuable points and norm set by the business entity.
